Alexia Claire in Vogue!

I was very lucky to receive a call from Vogue magazine last month. I now have my Russian Doll laptop sleeve featured in this months issue! So it goes without saying how giddy I was to receive my free copy through the post a week ago.

The laptop sleeves pictured here and listed in my Etsy shop are for 13' Macbooks. However any of my designs can be custom made to fit your laptop sleeve dimensions, or even an iPad or Kindle. Saltaire Arts Trail | Alexia Claire

At the beginning of May I took part in the Maker's fair at the Saltaire Arts Trail. It was my first time taking part although I have visited it many times and always wanted to have a stall here. It was a great experience and everyone did very well. I saw some familiar faces and made new maker friends too. I'll be back next year!

Joining the bandwagon

I've finally after two years of managing to avoid it.. given up and got myself an iphone. I'm an apple girl through and through always have been really from my dad's influence, so I've finally got one. since then I've been on the hunt for a really nice but affordable iphone sleeve because those who know me will agree I'm quite careless! (another reason I put off getting one) I gave up the hunt and tried my hand at making a few of my own. At the time I made these I decided I might try sell them too.
